- Experience of drafting and negotiating on BIMCO contracts

- Understanding of marine insurance, including P&I Insurance 

- Main and subcontract management. Lead the formation, negotiation and execution of Enabling Agreement and Work Order terms. Assist supply chain professionals with the preparation of standard forms of contracting for subcontracting (for services and supply of goods and materials)

- Execution of contract negotiations and involvement in claims

- Project Change and claim management 

- Formalize and resolve claims and delays with Client, Subcontractors and Vendors

- Support formal Extension of Time applications

- Manage EOT, Guarantee period and Insurance Claims in liaison with Legal teams

- Support input for the Cost/Financial and Management Reporting. 

- Prepare strategies and plans to overcome commercial / contractual exposures. 

- Liaise with Insurance for event coverage, under CAR, P&I, H&M, WC, PL and IP policies. 

- Identify Risks and Opportunities.
